Colleen Charles does it again!

Wow, loved this next installment of Gabe and Ally's relationship, each page revealed new twists and turns. While this is a work of fiction there are many obstacles to be overcome or accepted just like in real life. Ally is a tough cookie and with her bestie Kelly maneuvers through life. Gabe is as complex as Ally with his own set of secrets. Will they stay together, I can't wait for the next part to find out! While this is a quick read the characters have a depth not often seen in a novella. Colleen Charles doesn't disappoint in this next part. Enjoy!

This series just gets better

I am just loving this series and I couldn't wait to read the next one and Colleen Charles did not disappoint. Poor Allegra has to deal with more things that just keep breaking her heart. Matthew keeps showing up and she is trying to get her bakery back up and running, plus there's Faith, Gabes ex girlfriend and Gabe has even more secrets. You know how you just want to jump in the book and fix it cause the story is sucking you in and you so want a happy ending. I can not wait to see what happens next in Dark Decadence- part 3

LOVED this book. The author has done a wonderful job with this book series and with the characters. Once you start reading, you are totally hooked and it's very hard to put the book down. I really love the two main characters and how they are with each other and trying to make things work and how to get past difficult times and decisions. The passionate and steamy scenes between them is 100% perfect!

R.C. Hibbeler graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana with a BS in Civil Engineering (major in Structures) and an MS in Nuclear Engineering. He obtained his PhD in Theoretical and Applied Mechanics from Northwestern University.

Hibbeler’s professional experience includes postdoctoral work in reactor safety and analysis at Argonne National Laboratory, and structural and stress analysis work at Chicago Bridge and Iron, as well as Sargent and Lundy in Chicago. �He has practiced engineering in Ohio, New York, and Louisiana.

Hibbeler currently teaches both civil and mechanical engineering courses at the University of Louisiana, Lafayette. In the past he has taught at the University of Illinois at Urbana, Youngstown State University, Illinois Institute of Technology, and Union College.

Hibbeler is a crook

For the last three editions of this book, nothing has changed. Hibbeler simply removes and changes problems sets. This book contains the exact same information as the 10th, 11th and 12th additions. The only difference is the order of problems. There is seemingly a pool of problems that Hibbeler pulls from at random to make different "editions" of his book. It's an embarrassing example of the criminal organization that is running college textbooks, requiring students to waste hundreds of dollars a semester when absolutely no new information is provided. Hibbeler is a crook, no one should be forced to buy this book and I hope the system changes soon.

This book contains many problems but little explanation on how to solve these problems. They also want you to purchase the solution manual because the solutions aren't given back of the book (only the F problems). If you are purchasing this for a class: pay attention in class because this book is pointless. If you are purchasing for any other reasons: buy a better book.

The book description says that MasteringEngineering "can be packaged with this edition." Well it's not. When I called amazon they were unclear about whether or not it would be packaged. If you are looking to buy the book with a MasteringEngineering access code, look else where.

Beautiful and Diverse

This book is packed to the brim with stories and successfully puts them into a context relating to legal education (both formal and informal). Not only does it manage to do this, but it does it with stories that are actually interesting, a near first in my formal literature experience. From Isaac Asimov to Jack London and Kurt Vonnegut, there is always something interesting in the chapter. I kept this book for the stories after I completed the class I bought it for.

An insightful descriptive study

This is a book that looks a grammar book about verbs but actually a significant study about verbal "semantics" and aspects of words. So it is somewhat technical and it could be difficult to read it quickly. Nevertheless the descriptions of verbal usages are so suggestive for ordinary people, not students on linguistics, as to understand the correct way of speaking and writing the English words, which have a lot of difficult faces. About the Author
William Renwick completed B. Mus, and M. Mus. degrees at the University of British Columbia, following which he took the M. Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in Music Theory at the City University of New York, where he specialised in Schenkerian studies under Carl Schachter, Joel Lester, and Charles Burkhart. He is Professor of Music Theory in the School of the Arts, McMaster University. His research interests encompass studies in tonal counterpoint and analysis and Gregorian chant as well as computer applications in music research. His publications include Analyzing Fugue: A Schenkerian Approach (Pendragon, 1995), and The Langloz Manuscript: Improvising Fugue from Thoroughbass (Oxford, 2001), as well as articles in Journal of Music Theory, Music Theory Spectrum, Music Analysis, Bach Perspectives, Music Theory Online, Theoria, Computers in Music Research, Canadian University Music Review, Journal of Music Theory Pedagogy, and other journals. He is currently working on the first modern edition of the Music of the Sarum Office. In 2002 he was a Fellow of the Mannes Institute for Advanced Studies in Music Theory. He is a founding member of the Gregorian Institute of Canada, and of the McMaster Institute of Music and the Mind. William Renwick is also an organist, composer, and choral director. He holds the Associate degree of the American Guild of Organists and the Fellow of the Royal Canadian College of Organists. He has performed concerts and recitals throughout the region. In 1999 he served as co-chair of The Canadian Organ Festival in Hamilton. He is Music Director at Saint Mary the Virgin Church in Hamilton Ontario, and director of the Hamilton Schola Cantorum.
